Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of delivery to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days.
Overnight Delivery: Next business day (available for domestic orders placed before 12:00 PM).

3. Protective Packaging

To maintain the integrity of our high-end pens, every item is securely packaged in a premium gift box, then encased in a shock-resistant outer layer to prevent any damage during transit.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. International Shipping

We proudly ship our premium collections worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders vary by location, typically ranging from 7-14 business days.
